About Founder

As our founder and CEO, JAMES ZHANG has been at the forefront of digital entertainment for nearly 20 years. CAH was founded in 2007 and James built CAH into one of the most prestigious conceptual design art firms in the video game industry. It has established long-term partnerships with industry giants such as Activision, Blizzard, DeNA, Hasbro, Kabam, NetEase, and Supercell.

James is also the founder and CEO of Spellgun, a mobile game company focused on bridging the gap between The Chinese and Western markets. James has also done consulting work for game manufacturers such as 1World Online, a crowdsourcing service that combines social research and analytics; Redemption Games, a leading casual game developer; Wygate, an interactive VR platform, and Wistla, a social app.

Prior to founding CAH, he worked full-time at Factor 5, a leading game developer, where he became the art director for Nest, one of the first PlayStation 3 games. James is also the concept designer for Star Wars and Lucas Entertainment's best-selling products.
