On 15 May, according to information publicly available, Sowder (Help) Ltd. was fined R$ 2.31.9 million by a 50 per cent fine of R$ 46.25.8 million for the false tax declaration. Sowder, Inc., was established in 2014 under the name of Fuerzas (Fam) Ltd., with a registered capital of approximately $77.7 million, with a full share of the Chinese-hielder (China) Investments Ltd., as one of the beer operators.
