How to Get the Holders of an ERC20 Token
IntroductionIn the world of cryptocurrency, knowing the holders of a particular token can provide valuable insights and opportunities for collaboration. Chainbase, a leading platform, offers a powerful API called getTokenHolders that allows you to retrieve a list of addresses for all the holders of a specific ERC20 token. This tutorial will guide you through the process of using Chainbase API to get the holders of a cryptocurrency deployed on various chains. By leveraging this information, yo...

How to Determine the Type of an EVM Contract
In common on-chain data parsing, there is often a large demand for determining the type of contract. This article will judge on relevant standards and engineering practices to determine whether the contract belongs to ERC20 / ERC721 / ERC1155. For more use cases, you can refer to the developer documentation of Chainbase, or ask the original author through Discord. We are happy to discuss issues related to Web3 infra, Data SDK, Chainbase APIs, etc.Rules to determine different contractsWith the...

June was undeniably a surprising month for Chainbase! We have shifted our focus from rapidly shipping new features to optimizing our product. Feel free to enjoy lightning-fast queries (arguably the fastest!) and smooth operations on our platform!
Additionally, we have made significant strides in enhancing the richness and completeness of our data. Let’s embark on a journey together to explore the remarkable changes that unfolded in June!
Highlights:
Introduced 18 new protocol datasets.
Added new Web3 APIs to supported chains.
Remarkable reduction in latency for Web3 API, bringing the interface time down, from 300 ms to less than 50 ms.
Successfully resolved load stress issues.
New features such as Sync & Hosted Subgraphs are coming soon!
Latest events brief and upcoming activities!
2023 BUIDL Vietnam
2023 ETH Shanghai
IVS 2023 Kyoto
User case from a Web3 Analytics Infrastructure.
And more exciting news!

Currently, Chainbase presents a remarkable collection of 102 freely accessible datasets. By parsing extensive data, we have simplified the process of deploying datasets onto your own runtime environment, which only requires a few clicks in the console. Regardless of what you're searching for, it will be super easy and fast!

In the previous month, we actively gathered user feedback and incorporated some highly practical Token/NFT Web3 APIs in our platform. These newly added APIs, such as Token Holders, Market Data, NFT Metadata, and NFT Collections Data, are designed to simplify your work. You can find detailed information in the attached image!

This is a screenshot of API latency after the upgrade, we're thrilled to announce that lightning-fast Web3 API data queries are now at your fingertips!
You can now experience a remarkable improvement in query speed, with response times reduced from within 300 ms to less than 50 ms. The following is a list of upgraded interfaces ⬇️. If you already have a Chainbase account, give it a try now!

Prior to June, Chainbase faced a significant surge in user growth, resulting in some concurrency issues. Despite our attempts to mitigate the influence by avoiding complex and high-volume queries during peak traffic periods, some requests experienced timeouts. However, we've since addressed these issues by implementing a new architecture. This updated structure will effectively reduce the load, ensuring smooth data access and processing! Feel free to check Chainbase Status for more information.

Our team has been constantly working to develop new features and functionalities that we believe are essential to the current blockchain world. Stay up-to-date with us via email subscriptions and Twitter notifications!

A miraculous June in Ho Chi Minh City! We attended the incredible BUIDL Vietnam, discussing trends in blockchain infra with local Vietnamese projects. The volunteers' and developers' enthusiasm and dedication profoundly impacted our team, providing us with a fresh and unique experience! Check out our highlights from the event!

LFG ETH Shanghai! Thanks to the meticulous organization of Mask, THUBA DAO, ChainIDE, and Moonshot Commons, we had a great opportunity to reunite with old friends. Our founder Mogu shared his insights on crypto data, infra, dev activities, and mass adoption. Visit here for the Twitter thread.

The Japanese government and major corporations are driving the growth of Web3 with enthusiasm! We are honored to be part of this discussion in the ancient hub of Kyoto, and shared Chainbase's values, roadmap, and vision with everyone! Data is our top priority, always!

Invited by Sui Foundation, we led a workshop at Sui Builder House @Kyoto, where we showcased the most efficient way to access Sui's data using Chainbase. It was truly exciting to see Chainbase's ascent as one of the top ten indexers on Sui. After witnessing Sui developers' geeky, pragmatic, and curious nature, we felt strong hope for the future of blockchain.
The client needs to provide a large amount of analyzed data to end customers, but building the whole backend by themselves is time-consuming (5-6 months) and costly ($500K+ monthly). To address this challenge, Chainbase presents an all-in-one solution and offers a standardized interface for the engineering team.
Key features of our solution include:
Unified Platform: We offered a single platform with multi-chain nodes that can be accessed in sub-seconds, fulfilling real-time transaction feedback needs.
Data Cloud: We had a Data Cloud with pre-parsed event tables and flexible custom SQL to meet bespoke needs, significantly reducing redundant development work.
Reliable 24/7 Client Support: We provided round-the-clock client support, with rapid response and the ability to meet specific API requests.
Chainbase significantly improved multi-chain service productivity and reduced feedback latency. As a result, the client experienced 2-3x faster deployment and saved over $10K per month on server and manpower. The client was impressed by our ability to rapidly deliver new features and meet their needs.
We've added a series of informative blogs to help developers quickly leverage Chainbase data in their applications. Our articles cover a wide range of topics, including ERC20, NFT, ENS, DeFi, and more! We believe that, via sharing our knowledge and experiences, we can help with the growth and success of our incredible devs!
Check out our latest articles and feel free to leave feedback!
Chainbase is an all-in-one data infrastructure for Web3 that allows you to index, transform, and use on-chain data at scale. By leveraging enriched on-chain data and streaming computing technologies across one data infrastructure, Chainbase automates the indexing and querying of blockchain data, enabling developers to accomplish more with less effort.
