According to the news of the 20th press conference on the prevention and control of COVID-19 in Hohhot, Hohhot has formulated five measures to help migrant workers return to work and is expected to reduce the burden of enterprises by more than 380million yuan this year.
LAN Jun, deputy director of Hohhot human resources and Social Security Bureau, introduced that Hohhot’s measures to help migrant workers return to work are as follows:
1、 Provide “point-to-point” services, comprehensively figure out the information of migrant workers who are willing to go out, and provide targeted job demand information for more than three times through the “four in one” employment service cloud platform, mobile app and other channels. Open online and offline registration channels, and carry out “point-to-point” direct transportation services for migrant workers according to the declaration of migrant workers, so as to ensure the safe and orderly return of migrant workers.
2、 Carry out online recruitment and enterprise employment demand survey, give full play to the online service functions of public employment service institutions at all levels and all kinds of human resources service institutions in the city, promote online video recruitment, dynamically release post demand information, and regularly and continuously organize the connection between supply and demand.
3、 Pay close attention to online vocational skills training, successively release training platform information on the official website of the human resources and Social Security Bureau and 12333 wechat official account, and flexibly carry out remote training by using the network platform and training app, so that the labor force willing to train can be trained.
4、 We will continue to implement the policy of assisting enterprises and stabilizing posts, and implement the policy of assisting enterprises and stabilizing posts in a timely manner according to the specific standards formulated by the human resources and social security departments of the state and autonomous regions. It is estimated that in 2022, the unemployment insurance premium will be reduced by 220 million yuan, the industrial injury insurance premium will be reduced by 90 million yuan, and the post stabilization subsidy of unemployment insurance will be returned by 70 million yuan, reducing the burden of enterprises by more than 380 million yuan.
5、 For the rural labor force who has the intention to transfer employment but has not yet transferred, increase the push of job information, organize to participate in online recruitment, and organize the rural labor force to transfer employment nearby and locally. If it is really difficult, it shall be resettled through public welfare posts according to regulations.
