I’m sitting here looking at the 280-page manuscript for WISE: 30 Days to Digital Discipleship, and I need to share something with you.
This has been a longer road than I expected.
When I started writing on Substack, I had frameworks to share but no certainty anyone needed them. You proved me wrong. Post by post, comment by comment, you showed me that Christians are hungry for biblical wisdom about technology that doesn’t retreat into fearful rejection or uncritical embrace.
Then came Medium. Different audience, same hunger. The republished essays found readers who needed these frameworks just as desperately.
Paragraph entered the picture when I realized we needed censorship-resistant preservation. Some truths are too important to trust to platforms that can delete them whenever corporate interests shift. You understood why that mattered.
And our Signal community? That’s become something I never anticipated: a space where we’re not just consuming frameworks but living them out together, asking hard questions, holding each other accountable, discovering what faithful technology stewardship actually looks like in practice.
Each of you has shaped this work more than you know.
I’ve poured months into finishing WISE. 280 pages that aren’t your typical devotional fluff. This is cutting critique of modern culture and the digital war being waged for your soul, grounded in hope through Christ, the Triune God, and our identity as image-bearers.
Expect to be refined. Sharpened. Challenged.
The goal isn’t comfort. It’s sanctification through faithful technology stewardship that glorifies the Lord of hosts.
The manuscript is complete. Formatted. Ready.
We’re awaiting Amazon’s review process right now.
And here’s where I need to be honest with you: I don’t know their timeline. I don’t control their approval process. Publishing through traditional platforms means accepting their gatekeeping role, and patience isn’t my strongest virtue.
So here’s the backup plan: If Amazon’s process takes too long, or if they reject it for reasons I can’t control, we self-publish directly to BuyMeACoffee and Ko-fi.
Is that the prestigious path? No.
Is it the faithful path that gets biblical frameworks into your hands without unnecessary delay? Absolutely.
Very soon (whether through Amazon, Ko-fi, or BuyMeACoffee) you’ll see WISE: 30 Days to Digital Discipleship available for purchase. This is 280 pages of biblical warfare strategy for the digital age. Not gentle suggestions. Not therapeutic self-care. Prophetic critique of the systems stealing your attention, discipling your children, and replacing your worship with algorithmic feeds.
And biblical hope for something better.
But here’s my commitment to this community, and I mean this with complete sincerity:
If you’re a Christian Futurism subscriber and you can’t afford to buy the book, contact me. I will send you a copy for free.
Message me through Substack. Find me on Signal. Join the community group chat there. However you can reach me, reach me.
This isn’t marketing generosity. This is kingdom economics. Every believer deserves access to frameworks that help them steward technology faithfully, regardless of their financial situation. The work is reader-supported precisely so I can make these commitments without compromise.
If you have the means and want to support continued framework development, purchase the book through whatever platform we launch on. Your support enables continued research, writing, and resource creation.
If you don’t have the means, contact me anyway. You’re part of this community, and you deserve the resource just as much as anyone else.
This milestone feels significant, but it’s not the destination. It’s one step in a longer journey of equipping believers for faithful digital discipleship in an age that desperately needs biblical wisdom about technology.
The frameworks will keep coming. The essays will continue. The Signal community will keep asking hard questions and living out answers together. The multi-platform presence (Substack, Medium, Paragraph) ensures these resources remain accessible regardless of what happens to any single platform.
But right now, in this moment, I need to say thank you.
Thank you for subscribing when this was just an experiment. Thank you for commenting when posts needed community wisdom. Thank you for sharing frameworks with your churches, families, and friends who needed them. Thank you for supporting the work financially when you could. Thank you for being patient through the publication process.
Thank you for building this community together.
Watch your inbox and your preferred platform. The announcement about WISE: 30 Days to Digital Discipleship availability is coming soon. Through Amazon if their process cooperates, through Ko-fi and BuyMeACoffee if we need to go direct.
If you need a free copy because finances are tight, you know how to reach me: Substack messaging, Signal DMs, or the community group chat. Don’t hesitate. Seriously. This resource is for you.
And if you know someone wrestling with how to follow Christ faithfully in our digitally-saturated world (someone who needs prophetic critique paired with biblical hope, someone ready for 280 pages that will challenge their assumptions and refine their discipleship) tell them about Christian Futurism. Point them to the Substack, Medium, or Paragraph. Invite them into the Signal community.
We’re in this together, building a distinctly Christian future one framework at a time.
