Introducing Cicero Squad 😎 A research and development studio focused on web3's application layer. Some info 👇
1/ What: We incubate projects, write white papers, support ecosystems, and write checks to push forward the application layer of Web3.
2/ Who: We’re a group of OG crypto nerds, investors, PMs, and devs. Our team has experience investing in early-stage VC, building DeFi protocols, managing DAOs, pushing forward RWAs, and working on open-source.
3/ Why: There is an abundance of capital and talent pushing infrastructure-level upgrades, with not as much attention given to the application level of crypto. We think crypto infrastructure is sufficiently developed, and we want to make the next generation of applications.

Cicero Squad is a research and development studio focused on the web3 application layer.
We incubate projects, write white papers, support ecosystems, and write checks to push forward the application layer of Web3. Some of the areas we are in active development include NFT market structures, liquidity transformation in DeFi, mechanism designs for on-chain games, and novel consumer products.
We are infrastructure agnostic, though come from the Ethereum community.

Our team has experience investing in early-stage VC, building DeFi protocols, managing DAOs, pushing forward RWAs, and working on open-source. We are a distributed team that believes in the cypherpunk values of crypto.
There is an abundance of capital and talent pushing infrastructure-level upgrades, with not as much attention given to the application level of crypto.
With most of the companies focusing on infra, very few are the ones trying to bring web3 consumers and businesses. We think crypto infrastructure is sufficiently developed to enable the next generation of user applications, and we want to make that happen.
We’ll be launching some exciting products and research in Q1. Subscribe to our newsletter, or follow us on Twitter to stay up to date.
DM us on Twitter if you are interested in working together.
