Proposal for token distribution (under 1000 words): Tokens will be distributed to Alien Frens NFT holders according to however many Alien Frens NFTs they hold (as of snapshot date) at a rate of 100 $COLLAB per fren. This totals 1,000,000 $COLLAB distributed. The remaining 526,507 will be distributed among AFE holders (Our secondary collection, within our ecosystem) at a rate of 40 $COLLAB per AFE. This creates a remainder of 40,627 $COLLAB which will be distributed to our community members via our Alien Frens Marketplace.
Mechanism for distribution: The Alien Frens Team will allow each holder to claim their respective token amount based on how many frens are held at the time of the snapshot. Users will have 1 month to claim their respective tokens as part of the distribution. Parts of the remaining amount will be distributed on our marketplace in both a first-come, first-serve basis and a raffle.
How many users is this distribution projected to incentivize? If we get 100% participation, over 9,000 unique wallets will participate, however we expect around 4,500 unique wallets to participate.
How will this distribution incentivize usage and adoption of Collab.Land? This will help our holders build up their trust in Collab.Land and continue signing up with Collab.Land in different discords. Our discord already operates under Collab.Land and will continue to do so.
What is the benefit of this distribution?
To Collab.Land: We expect at least 4,500 unique users who will participate in the coin claiming and receive a vested interest in Collab.Land.
