We are looking for passionate and communicative individuals to join the CreatorX Community Customer Service Team! If you enjoy interacting with users, helping others, and contributing to a high-efficiency, friendly community environment, we welcome you to join us!
📌 Manage Telegram groups and Discord servers, maintaining community order and safety. 📌 Welcome and guide new users, answering questions about features, rules, and usage processes. 📌 Collect and organize user feedback, suggestions, and common questions, and report them to the relevant teams. 📌 Handle user complaints, follow up on issue resolution progress, and provide feedback results. 📌 Guide users through CreatorX product registration, verification, and token launch operations. 📌 Assist in organizing community events to boost engagement and participation.
📌 Must be available 8 hours per day online (shift schedules can be arranged). 📌 Familiar with operating Telegram and Discord community platforms. 📌 Good communication skills and patience; able to answer questions in a concise and friendly manner. 📌 Responsible and able to respond promptly to user inquiries. 📌 Interest in blockchain/Web3 products or community operations; relevant experience preferred. 📌 English proficiency preferred (multi-language support is a plus).
📌 Monthly salary: $100 USD (paid monthly, with potential raise based on performance). 📌 Fully remote work, no need to be on-site. 📌 Training opportunities and team support provided.
