$DEGEN intents based lending: @Astaria is an oracle-less, intent-based, fixed-rate lending protocol. This is the second application to allow borrowing / lending with $DEGEN. Currently the total collateral for $DEGEN is 78M or $93K. There has yet to be any borrowed.
