Being involved in the crypto markets, and especially DeFi, is life-changing, no matter how you look at it.

Whether you’re here for the tech, the dollar value, or simply enjoy the vibe from the web3 community, most of us can claim that the sector has enriched our lives in one way or another. Because of this, I’m a firm believer that as we have profited in our own ways, so too should we give back in whatever way we can, whether through building the next game-changing protocol or community, educating other users, or simply participating and encouraging the spread of the revolution.

And a revolution it is…

Defined as “a forcible overthrow of a government or social order, in favour of a new system”, there can be no denying that the current situation lives up to the definition of a revolution, as DeFi attempts to cast aside the centuries-old banking system that has enslaved us all since before birth. And yes, while this description is definitely laden with dramatics and a certain “writer’s flair”, the truth is there to see, and personally… I’m excited to play even a small role in what unfolds next.

So, What to expect from this publication? Simply put, exploration of the DeFi space, including the preeminent protocols, and their steps toward a decentralized financial future for the global economy. While this may take years to fully realize, the evolution of decentralized finance is occurring at a much faster rate than could have been anticipated, propelled by new ideas, and new thinking, and I’m determined not to miss a thing.

This platform will serve to document my continued journey through this ever-evolving DeFi landscape, hopefully connecting me with other like-minded users, and providing me with a place to gather my thoughts, and explore the excellence unfolding before us.
