Dark Forest ARES v0.1 is a series of Dark Forest community rounds powered by DF Archon (a small dev team, play & build Fully On-Chain Games since 2021).
Recently we were very excited to hear that Lattice releases REDSTONE —— a Plasma-inspired Alt-DA chain, built on the OP Stack.After preliminary analysis, if we take gas price = 0.00000005 gwei & single operation gas limit = 2,000,000 as an estimate, 1ETH can support players to carry out 10,000,000,000 operations, which is very good hardware support for large-scale fully on-chain games and the construction of autonomous worlds.
We deploy the DF ARES v0.1 Round 1 (Magic Artifacts Round) code on REDSTONE to conducting preliminary test for the follow-up development of DF ARES.

DF ARES v0.1 Round 1 is a modified version of Dark Forest v0.6.5, here are the main updates.
Add some magic artifacts: Fire Link, Ice Link, Stellar Sheild, Avatar artifacts.
Add the function of buying artifacts.
Modification of Block Domain, Photoid Cannon, Bloom Filter functions.
Add the cooldown time to activcate artifacts.
Add the limit on the max number of mothership on 1 planet
Increase the income & outcome move’s speed of Qusar
Added new cute hat styles.
