We’re in possession of a hard drive containing over 2.99TB of private, unreleased media (video, images, and sound files) containing Mr. Sean ‘Diddy Combs engaged in questionable activities. Below is our original listing:
Most of the footage and photos feature Mr. Combs and dozens of other artists engaged in conversations, partying, in the studio, private jets, and various other locations where Mr. Combs and associates are seen doing what may appear as controversial things. We have not watched the entirety of the media, as there are hours upon hours of footage and thousands of images. We simply do not have the time to scrub through every piece of content contained in the hard drive. However, what we have seen contains material that may without a doubt be considered highly controversial for such an influential figure such as Mr. Combs.
We are objective and hold no bias. We are neither for or against Mr. Combs or anyone else appearing in the media. We came into possession of this media some time ago and have been making reasonable attempts to return in to its rightful owners, for a reward of course.
Starting in early 2022 we began efforts to reach Mr. Combs via various channels, including his management team, social media, lawyers, or via any other public-facing contact information we could find in order to explore whether this hard drive was of any interest to Mr. Combs or whether he was the owner of such media.
Our attempts were in vain, as we were met with endless hostility from multiple gatekeepers attempting to either gain an advantage, discredit us or outright threaten us, meanwhile, a productive conversations was never reached with any of the multiple gatekeepers we encountered.
Our goal was simple: speak to Mr. Combs directly in order to determine whether he was aware that such media exists (as he is the main person featured in most of the footage), and explore a potential reward for its discovery.
After multiple failed attempts to reach Mr. Combs directly, our goal was not accomplished and we promptly paused our efforts to reach him. It was hard to see how such an influential person is surrounded by such an inefficient team.
We stored the hard drive containing the media files and moved on…
Leading up to 2024, we previewed the footage to multiple private parties that seemed to show an interest in obtaining the media for what appears to be the production of a documentary about Mr. Combs. Specifically a “Surviving Diddy type”. Reasonable offers were made, however, we decided to explore additional options. In early March 2024 we began seeing articles about Mr. Combs in the media.
After the experience we had in 2022, we were no longer interested in contacting Mr. Combs directly. If it was difficult then, it seemed impossible now, considering the circumstances surrounding his brand.
On March 21st we contacted TMZ via their contact page and promptly got a response from a Jamie Schram, one of the senior producers expressing their interest in the Diddy media files. Jamie asked a series of questions and we set an in-person meeting for March 26th at a diner in Manhattan to preview some of the footage.
After previewing the footage to Jamie and answering some questions about the origins of footage, we ended our meeting and moved on to the next private showing.
The footage previewed showed Mr. Combs groping a woman’s buttocks multiple times, passing what appears like a pill to another known artist, making reference to Meek Mill and his physical appearance and comparing his to Tupac, dancing in his drawers in his private residence and engaging in very long monologues making claims upon claims about his career, life, people and other things. Shown was also media of Meek Mill, Drake, Kanye West, Timbaland, Swizz Beatz, French Montana, and dozens of other celebrities in the company of Mr. Combs.
Shortly after the preview, TMZ expressed interested in having an in-depth look at the footage and requested that we submit all the footage to them so that they can have their video department take a look at all the footage, and determine what they want. They were hoping to find footage of “Diddy partying hard”.
They even offered to have us sign mutual NDAs and agreements to protect us, and to protect the footage from ever being published without our permission.
For clear reasons, loaning the entire hard drive to TMZ with the promise of them not publishing anything on the drive without our permission is not an option, therefore we declined, as there are too many unknown variables with submitting this type of sensitive footage to a news organization full of celebrity gossip journalists hungry for juicy content. While these conversations are happening, we’re being sent multiple offers from multiple parties, some reasonable, some not so reasonable. We then decided that publishing an NFT to facilitate a transaction of this type is the safest and most efficient way to protect the privacy of both us and the buyer of the media. Essentially creating a type of double-blind transaction. On March 28, 2023 around 1 AM, we decided to publish an NFT that entitles to owner of the NFT to a secure download of all the files, you can find the NFT listing here and the minting transaction hash here.
On March 29, 2023 around 10 AM we sent the link to http://DiddyNFT.com to TMZ which we forwarded to the live NFT listing, and they replied to us asking if it’s ok with us to publish a story about the NFT footage, to which we agreed at around 4:50 PM.
By 5:06 PM on March 29, 2023 the TMZ article went live mentioning the NFT listing and the footage. It took TMZ 16 mins to publish the article after we agreed.
We read the article and realized that it’s a classic clickbait fluff article, as the journalist indeed previewed the footage mentioned in the NFT listing in person. We expected that the article would contain useful information about the NFT and the story behind the media, including the URL to the listing, so here it is.
This post explains some of it, and if your tech skills are basic enough, you will easily identify that our NFT listing was the first one published prior to the TMZ article.
This is an updated listing that is more efficient and removes the need for the buyer to make the purchase via a third-party marketplace, the only difference between this new listing and the previous one is that this new listing does not have an option to make offers, we will simply set the price to the current highest offer +10%:

Look out for a separate blog post about the technicals of the NFT listing and how the purchase and transfer of the media works once the NFT is purchased.
