Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov said that Apple received a "Peace Award" from Ukraine for leaving the Russian market

Fedorov reminds that the "Peace Award" was launched by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as a special award from Ukraine for companies and corporations that have left the Russian market.

Mikhail Fedorov thanked Apple's top management for their openness and consistent steps to help Ukraine, and stressed that the tech giant supported our country in the early days of the war and encouraged other businesses to leave the Russian market.

"We really have something to thank Apple for. This is the world's top company that supported Ukraine in the first days of the full-scale invasion and encouraged other businesses to leave Russia by its example. We appreciate the level of cooperation between the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Apple and believe that it will be further strengthened," the Minister wrote.

Google was the first to receive the Peace Prize on May 25. On July 6, Amazon received the award.
