Hidden Hand’s newest feature allows vote incentive deposits for Thruster gauges using Blast Points and Blast Gold, making it possible for a wider range of projects to bolster their liquidity on Thruster.
Follow these steps to deposit incentives for a Thruster gauge on Hidden Hand:
Identify the pool’s gauge address:
Locate the gauge address of the pool you wish to incentivize.
You can find this information via our API under the proposal attribute.
Retrieve the Blast Points manager address:
Using the gauge address, find the associated Blast Points Manager contract by querying the gaugeToPointsManager function in the BlastPointsManagerFactory.
Transfer Blast Points & Gold to the points manager:
Deposit Blast Points and Gold to the Points Manager address using the Blast API.
Due to the complexity of Blast Points system, they cannot can be deposited through Hidden Hand UI. All deposited through Hidden Hand are categorized as Standard Bribes, covering one voting round. For more on bribe types, see our bribe type documentation.
