Someone is selling a mansion in Miami and it comes with a “twin” home on the metaverse.
“The $7.7 Million Miami Mansion dubbed as Reflection Manor, for sale features six bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths, and is 12,975 square feet in size.”
The metaverse is on a new project called “Alpha City” which is pretty much the same deal as Decentraland or Sandbox but with much better graphics.
Think of Sims City for web3 and better graphics.
Because seriously, ain;t nobody has time for pixelated faces and a low quality metaverse!
The actual physical house is quite decent.
European-inspired and comes with a wellness wing, game room, awesome pool and covered terrace.
Well honestly, this could be fantastic if eventually the virtual house is worth more than the physical one!

Who knows, years from now, when the metaverse becomes commonplace, our virtual and digital identities are worth more than our physical ones.
Imagine you are a very wealthy clientele looking to drop some dollars on some Miami real estate.
What better way to do so then this.
It gets people talking.
You can show off your entire mansion on the metaverse.
Maybe even add in another pool or change the exterior colors of the Chateau on a wimp!
For those who thinks this is a gimmicky marketing trick.
Perhaps.
It does raise eyebrows and gets the crypto community chattering.
Is there really a need for a metaverse twin when selling real estate?
Is this is scam?
Will Alpha city even be built in 2–3 years time?

Who knows.
But if it blows up, not only will my real estate have increased in value, the twin in the metaverse would be worth millions too!
Talk about good returns of investments.
In the near future, every house or land you purchase will come with a metaverse twin.
As long as it is on some reputable blockchain and metaverse like Sandbox or Decentraland, there would be secondary value to be unlocked.
Not only is it a fun concept, it also proves ownership immutably and brings the whole metaverse concept to a more meaningful fruition.

Would you buy “land” in the Metaverse?
