So SBF went into court, giant afro and all, and pleaded NOT GUILTY to all charges.
He faces 8 different criminal charges: wire fraud, securities fraud and violations of campaign finance laws.
He might go into the slammer for 115 years.
But we all know that is not going to happen.
He might make a sweetheart deal with the prosecutors.
Although I am not sure there is much of a deal to be made.
The prosecutors, whoever they are, are having a field day.
This is the mother of all cases and it will 100% elevate their careers and achieve a milestone in their professional work.
Basically, its free frag.
Easy game.
Done deal.
The prosecutors will most likely win.
It is just a matter of how many years SBF does in jail.
Because SBF’s cofounders already ratted him out, pleaded guilty and gave full cooperation to the investigation.

There is very little than SBF can cover up and hide.
He is in quite a pickle.
But yea, as his lawyers would suggest, plead not guilty.
At least there is a fighting chance.
An infinitesimal percentage of hope that he might get away.
If he pleads, he goes straight to jail.
So really, what other choice does he have?
SBF ONLY move was to plead not guilty.
Interestingly, SBF did try to claim the 56M shares of Robinhood, worth almost $500M, which FTX bought previously.
He wanted to pay for his legal fees.
How amazing is that?
The fact that he can actually do that?
The fact that he can use shares from a company he no longer controls, to sell and pay for his own legal fees!
This is why it doesn’t pay to do small boy crimes.
Steal a candy or a dime at the dollar store and you go through months of trial, get abused by the police and shamed by the media.
Pull off the largest white-collar heist in history, go down as a legend and still have the means to pay off those expensive teams of lawyers who will basically fight the entire battle for you for the foreseeable future.
Go big or go home.
His trial is set for Oct 2nd.
It took years for Elizabeth Holmes’ trial to even get started.
Why the haste?
Was the US gov trying to make an example out of him?
Well he has 9 months to the trial.
These might be the most important 9 months of his life.
Will he learn a new skill?
Pick up a new language?
Go all out and work closely with the lawyers to prove his innocence?
Perhaps learn from Donald Trump and start an NFT collection?
Maybe raise some funds via aliases and do a FTX 2.0?
Will he hide in his parent’s basement and battle his way up the League of Legends leaderboard?
Or maybe get a new hairdo?
Whatever he does, he better make it good.
The entire media, court, jury and world is watching closely.
