Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the Andrew Tate of Tech.
In a good way of course.
Like how Andrew Tate dominated TikTok with his viral videos and every teenage boy aspiring to hit the gym and talk like him.
In just a few short years, it has skyrocketed in demand and saturated every aspect of our lives in every way possible.
AI has permeated every facet of everything.
Seriously, I have never seen anything quite like that before.
The term that once belonged to the realm of sci-fi has now become a household name. And why not? The AI boom was nothing short of a whirlwind, sweeping industries off their feet.

Venture capitalists? They’re practically throwing money at anything with a neural network. In 2023 alone, the AI sector attracted a staggering $25B in investments.
“Companies categorized as AI in Crunchbase raised $25 billion in the first half of 2023, representing 18% of global funding. That includes the $10 billion funding to OpenAI led by Microsoft in January.” What about founders?
“This year, more than 60% of the group — or 134 startups — are building applications or tools around artificial intelligence, mostly related to large-language models, according to YC’s startup directory. In past YC groups, the percentage of startups bucketed under “AI” has trended below 20%”

What about big tech?
Well, every one of them, from Microsoft and Google, to Netflix and Meta is embracing and investing into AI like it was the last piece of bread on earth.
Ever heard of a little thing called GPT-4? It’s writing articles, composing music, and even helping in scientific research.
Even better, with its recent upgrades, it can read complicated pictures, decipher code, design anything your mind can think of and even be trained to train other AI bots.
The speed of advancement is dizzying. And let’s not forget the AI-driven drones that are revolutionizing agriculture. They’re not just taking pretty aerial photos; they’re analyzing soil health and optimizing irrigation.

Every industry is affected, in a good way.
Spacetech, Biotech, healthtech, fintech, mobile, cloud, big data, hardware and more.
It’s automating the mundane and solving the complex, from customer service bots to advanced climate modeling.
AI is an unstoppable trend.
It’s the backbone of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
When the crypto boom happened, some were calling it a hype and an implosion waiting to happen.
Well, greed, stupidity and unsound tokenomics took care of that.

I wonder, what will AI NOT change?
Bet against AI? You’d have a better chance betting against the internet in the ‘90s.
Hate how fast AI is moving?
Don’t.
Don’t be daunted, beaten or afraid of it.
It was designed to be simple to use, so don’t crack your head trying to understand it from a technical point of view.
Enjoy it.
Play with it.
Test it out slowly and get the hang of it first.

Learn how to prompt intelligently.
But start asking simple questions and stating your intentions clearly.
Seriously, I learnt so much communication just by trying to talk with an AI chatbot!
Pretty soon, AI will be woven into our natural lives.
We won’t even notice it.
It’s not about whether AI will shape our future, but how we will shape the future of AI.
Now can AI tell me exactly how much fuel is left in my car now? =)

Do you think AI will destroy the world?
