DZap 2024: A Year in Review and Looking Ahead to 2025
2024 was a game-changing year for DZap, packed with groundbreaking achievements and setting the stage for an exciting 2025. Here's a quick look back and a glimpse forward.2024 HighlightsBridge Aggregator Goes LiveDZap launched its bridge aggregator this year, integrating with 30+ bridges like Synapse, Across, and Stargate, and 20+ chains, including both EVM and non-EVM chains like Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, and Core. This made multi-chain transactions seamless and accessible for users gl...

Batch swap cryptocurrencies.
Swapping one token for another is the most basic procedure in DeFi. But now, users can select multiple tokens to swap in a single transaction. Batch swap makes transactions cheaper and less time consuming. Select all the tokens and swap all of them at once. As simple as that. You must specify the percentage of each token you want to trade. This percentage correlates to the amount you will receive in return for the input provided. For example, If you select ETH in the input field, and you sele...

Liquid Staking Tokens, or LSTs, are tokens you receive when you stake assets like ETH with liquid staking protocols such as Lido. When you stake ETH, for example, you receive stETH in return. Here’s why LSTs matter:
Liquidity While Staking: Unlike traditional staking, where your assets are locked, LSTs allow you to trade, lend, or use your staked assets in DeFi while still earning staking rewards.
Versatility: LSTs can be used as collateral, traded on DEXs, or leveraged in yield farming strategies, offering more utility than just holding staked assets.
Increased Yield: By utilizing LSTs in DeFi, you can earn additional yields on top of staking rewards.
DZap now makes it possible to mint LSTs directly, even if your assets are on a different chain. For example, if you have USDC on Polygon but want to mint stETH on Ethereum, DZap will handle everything in one go—bridging, swapping, and minting—without you having to move your assets manually.
Go to https://app.dzap.io/bridge.
This is where you’ll initiate the minting process by connecting your wallet.
In the "You Pay" section, select the token you currently hold on a different chain.
For this example, choose USDC on the Polygon network.

*
Enter the amount of USDC you wish to use for minting LSTs.
Example: Enter 100 USDC.
In the "You Receive" section, select stETH (Lido Staked Ether) as the token you want to receive on the Ethereum network.
This tells DZap that you want to receive stETH on Ethereum after bridging and swapping.
Ensure the "Send to" toggle is off if you want the stETH to be sent to your connected wallet.
Review the swap details, which include:
Rate: For instance, 1 USDC.e = 0.0002802 stETH.
Slippage Tolerance: Set a slippage tolerance (e.g., 1%).
Estimated Gas Fees: See an estimation of the gas fees for the transaction.
This is where the magic of DZap’s omni-chain infrastructure comes in! DZap will handle everything in a single transaction:
Bridging: USDC will be bridged from Polygon to Ethereum.
Swapping: The bridged USDC will be swapped for ETH on Ethereum.
Minting stETH: DZap will interact with Lido’s smart contract to mint stETH and send it to your Ethereum wallet.
Review all transaction details, including bridging, swapping, and minting steps.
Click on the "Swap" or "Confirm" button to execute the transaction.
Once confirmed, your stETH will appear in your Ethereum wallet!
All-in-One Transaction: No need to perform multiple steps—DZap bundles everything into one transaction, saving time and gas fees.
Cross-Chain Flexibility: Start with assets on any chain and mint LSTs on Ethereum, thanks to DZap’s omni-chain liquidity layer.
User-Friendly: The interface is designed for both beginners and experienced DeFi users, making the process easy and intuitive.
