Our guiding prompts were: Describe the evolutionary purpose. What am I working towards? What do I intend to do to get there? Before responding to the ...

Hi, I am Kath! For the next 12 weeks, I am journaling about my adventures of creating a Syntropic Enterprise and diving deep into the ocean of love.

These past 22 months, Iβve been dreaming of and searching for new ways of βbuilding businessesβ and βworking togetherβ. My journey led me down several pathways of explorations, many of them a Sackgasse - German for cul-de-sac. All of them are full of invaluable lessons for me to learn and to grow with, for manifesting my evolutionary purpose and being in service for All Life.
One of these pathways introduced me to the wonderful world of Syntropy, which has reshaped my perspectives of what is possible. βΎοΈ

After learning with Syntropic World, I am embarking on a daunting and intoxicating adventure to manifest love for All Life, a future workplace, and a new paradigm job.
My provisioning for this journey sees me:
Establishing PlanetHive as a Syntropic Enterprise;
Achieving a Ph.D. in Wisdom Studies to undertake research into storytelling and to gestate scientifically proven methodologies for syntropic storytelling; and
Creating a Learning Course for the heART of Syntropic Storytelling.
In this 2 min video I talk about my passionate dance with PlanetHive and Syntropic Storytelling. ππΌπ
I see potential in Syntropic Enterprises to change how we come together to better work, collaborate, and play. Ways that honour the laws of nature and account for the value of everything, going way beyond currency and profit.
Here is where I hope youβll say, βKath, wait a minute! What is Syntropy?β
Yes, let me pause and rewind a little. Here is a short video from a few months back, where I speak to what I know about Syntropy.
The living wisdom of Syntropy is relatively young. Less than 100 years ago, Buckminster Fuller and others coined the term. Words of wisdom by my teacher Christine McDougall, Buckminster Fuller, and Richard Rudd, have been shaping my understanding of Syntropy.

A vision of a collective embodiment of selflessness and leaving everything better inspires me.
Here is where I invite you to contemplate: What does it mean to leave everything better?
Take a few minutes and let this question sink in deep, before you continue reading. π΅
Iβd consider this a living question that I might never be able to answer fully, perhaps on my deathbed one day. What is true for me in this present moment of writing to you is that to be able to leave everything better, I need to commit to my inner work as much as I do to my outer work. I know from experience that doing my inner work into surrendering, accepting, and forgiving is helping me to let go of judgment. The toughest work of all! Without this layer of judgment my heart can stay open. Only then can I fully listen and hold the sole intention of understanding other viewpoints.
When you think about it, every thought, feeling, and action has a precessional effect. I dare to say leaving everything better is a multidimensional responsibility for each of us if we want to be good ancestors and stewards. Perhaps, it might even be a practice. π€·πΌββοΈ
I am more conscious about the energy I bring into all my relationships. I try to meet myself and the world with compassion, radical tenderness, and sense-fullness. Do I succeed all the time? No, not at all! My newly refound skills in forgiveness and honoring the gift of learning have helped me to stay in practice. After all, for-giveness is the spirit of unconditional love. ποΈ
I hope my adventures excite your heart! With love,
Kath π
