On April 25, on the occasion of the 22nd World Intellectual Property Day, the press conference of intellectual property judicial protection of Xi’an Intermediate People’s court and the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation agreement of Northwest University of political science and law were held in Xi’an intellectual property court. The judicial protection of intellectual property in Xi’an Intermediate People’s Court (2021) and the top ten typical cases of intellectual property in 2021 were released at the meeting. Xi’an Intermediate People’s court and Northwest University of political science and law signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

In 2021, the number of intellectual property trials has increased year by year, the trial capacity of technical cases has improved significantly, the proportion of trademark and copyright disputes has increased, and the number of new cases involving unfair competition on the Internet has increased.

The press conference also announced the top ten typical cases of intellectual property rights in 2021. These ten typical cases include the dispute over the infringement of the recording producer’s right of the song of Xi’an people by Fan Wei and chengbozhi, the administrative dispute over the patent infringement of intellectual property rights of taineneneba Baijiu and Xifeng Liquor, and the unfair competition dispute between Yuanqi forest (Beijing) Food Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Meixin Food Co., Ltd.
