So no, once the role is obtained, there is no guarantee of keeping it. It is essential to understand this.
We don't want you to feel obliged to grind on Discord or social media, but we also don't want people who aren't interested in the project to take a place from someone who might be.

While the Cadet role is reserved for community members, the Brigadier role is dedicated to people who can bring specific skills to help us develop our project:

This role will have a different incentive, which will go through a Retroactive Public Good Funding (RetroPGF).More info about that soon.
You will be the decision-makers, the Brigadiers will be the contributors, and your job will be to judge their contributions with the Elys Network team to ensure that everyone who contributes to our ecosystem contributes correctly.
This is a fair way to distribute the RetroPGF; everything will be decided by the community and the team. In other words, to be rewarded, a Brigadier will also have to convince you, and for us, this is important.
Some of you may even have what it takes to become a Brigadier, and we will be happy to accompany you in this new role.
In conclusion, today you have an important role to play in our Elys ecosystem, and we have already worked out many ways to reward you.
It is up to you now to contribute, to find what speaks to you the most and what seems to suit you best.
There are no right answers; we just want active members who want to help Elys Network grow.
