At the end of last week, I announced that I will be sharing weekly updates regarding my progress with Prism Labs. These sorts of updates were trialled internally between myself and Damian in Founders Factory, so I am going to follow a similar structure.
What happened this week? (Product, Fundraising and Hiring)
50+ applicants for tech lead role → ~20 first stage interviews conducted.
Sat down with David to begin the process of getting Prism Labs investor ready (target date set for opening of seed round).
Attended a private dinner hosted by Black Seed VC.
Talked web3 and content creation with Simon (for both Prism Labs and the Factory).
Briefed my squad about my progress and asks in our fortnightly update.
Scope for MVP is finalised and is in development.
What’s next?
My first “board meeting”.
Continuing with the process to get investor ready.
The start of the second round of interviews.
Refining strategy for private MVP launch.
