We are about 30 days away from a number of significant events in the lab. Although I will not explicitly state what they are, I am pretty sure that you can infer :) There’s ordered [good] chaos in the lab right now as we prepare for said events. It’s busy. It’s promising. It’s exciting.

Monthly board meeting (wins, challenges and help)
Hard dates set for things re: MVP
Workshopped product vision
Finally got Alexandra to bring a pair of sliders to the office
Long-list of start-ups to be onboarded drawn up
Decisions made re: engineering for Prism 1.0 build
What’s next?
Growth strategy consolidated
Determining what behaviours and metrics to track (and how)
Continuing with the process to get investor ready
Open communication with start-ups
