I want to talk about something that's been on my mind lately. You know those Frames on Farcaster that make you follow the creator before you can even try them out? Yeah, I'm not the biggest fan of those.

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm all about supporting Frame creators. I mean, I've made a few Frames myself, and one of them even reached 12K users! So, believe me, I understand the time and effort that goes into developing these things.

But here's the issue: when I'm scrolling through Farcaster, looking for some cool new Frames to check out, the last thing I want is to feel pressured into following someone before I even know if I'm into their style, you know?

And I'm not the only one who feels this way. My friend Samuel posted about it recently, and the Farcaster community was all over it, agreeing that this "follow first" approach kind of takes away from the experience. Like, let me see what you've got first, then I'll decide if I want to join your crew, you know what I mean?
