Art is the place where amateur and expert have no meaning anymore.
The work comes out of experimenting and testing. It’s not about making the thing that is the one thing. There is no one thing.
The achievements of inventors, artists and creators, the longings of scientists and the initiatives of explorers and problem solvers. Cloth embodies all of these characteristics.
Exploring textiles has introduced me to so many mind-blowing phenomena. I’ve admired it, appreciate it, wondered about it. A kind of fashion that refuses to die.
When I do create, I create with a purpose. My purpose is to adventure, have fun, laugh, explore, learn, try new things and meet new people.
For creative <> is nothing if it isn't shared.
