In Q4 2023, Footprint Analytics became the first data solution provider to index comprehensive data on the Sui Network, solidifying our position as a leader in blockchain analytics. This integration marks a key milestone in our ongoing efforts to provide developers, enterprises, and analysts with reliable, actionable insights across emerging blockchain ecosystems.

Synchronizing all historical data through RPC nodes was a crucial phase in this integration. It allowed us to ensure that our database is not only current but also historically comprehensive, providing users with a full picture of Sui’s blockchain activities.
The next step involved transforming this raw data into structured, domain-specific data — our “Silver data.” This phase was particularly challenging due to Sui’s non-EVM-compatible nature. Our developers had to deeply understand the logic behind GameFi, NFTs, and NFT Marketplaces on the Sui network to build the necessary infrastructure. This included collecting static data such as smart contracts and project names, decoding NFT metadata, and integrating token information specific to Sui.
Through this rigorous process, we developed robust APIs that now enable seamless access to Sui’s blockchain data. This integration not only showcases Footprint Analytics’ technical capabilities but also our commitment to supporting emerging blockchain ecosystems like Sui.
