Lots of drama again over the LayerZero airdrop, but I’m not worried even though I used Merkly quite often (≥ 30 transactions).
The team could have done a much better job at communicating the Sybil criteria, but I suggest keeping a calm mind.
If you have a strong on-chain footprint, there is no need to worry about being labelled as a Sybil.
