In this article, we share how our journey in AI model optimization naturally led us to embrace user-driven feedback at scale, eventually aligning with DeSci principles to form DeSAi. One remaining challenge was how to govern and incentivize these decentralized feedback loops efficiently and fairly. After evaluating various governance models, we settled on Futarchy, which uses prediction markets to guide resource allocation and decision-making.
