   • Fundraising & Valuation: $15M @ $150M Val

   • Investors: Round is now being led by Blockchain Capital, who is taking $10 million of the $ 15 million round, valuing at the company $75 million post-money equity. There will be now a token warrant valuing the company at $150mn FDV
