Think Gaming Will Bring NFTS Mainstream? Here's 3 Reasons You'd Be Dead Wrong
The NFT industry is waiting for a mass adoption event. A project or utility so powerful, so valuable, that everyone will have to purchase an NFT and the future will become the now. About 2 months ago I sent the following tweet:

From that moment, a growing network of like-minded writers was born.
I write about the intersection of writing and web3. I’m excited about how the blockchain can be used to help writers reward and engage their readers. I enjoy helping writers explore this exciting new technology.
Today, I’m announcing 3 additions to my little corner of web3.
Write3 Twitter DM Groups are expanding
Write3 newsletter launches first week of December
Write3 podcast will launch by year end
Let’s dig in to each update.
My favorite part of the Write3 journey has been moderating the Write3 Twitter DM group. I’ve connected, taught & learned from some of the best web3 writers on the planet. Each day, the group is alive with discussions, questions & feedback. But, two problems have arisen:
I don’t have enough spots for everyone that wants to join - Twitter caps DM groups to 75. Yet, each day, I’m asked if I have spots available.
I’ve attracted similar, yet different, groups of writers. - The DM group can be divided into two major categories: Web3 Content Creators & Literary NFT Creators. Each group has its own goals, issues & concerns.
So, I’ve decided to split the DM group into two. This will double the capacity and create more value to the community.

Write3 Content Creators - Writers exploring how blockchain technology is changing the way content is being created.
Write3 Literary NFT Creators - Poets, artists & fiction writers exploring how blockchain technology is being used to engage and reward readers.
If you’re interested in joining one of these groups, use this form.
I’m excited to announce a weekly Write3 newsletter. As many of you know, I’m a part of the excellent Ship30For30 program. Beginning this week, I’ll be participating in their “Newsletter Accelerator Program”. By the first week of December, the newsletter will launch.
The newsletter will serve 3 purposes.
Expand the reach of Write3 outside of Twitter.
Save my readers time by aggregating all the latest Write3 news & updates into one weekly newsletter.
Bring awareness to the Write3 Twitter Space & upcoming podcast
If the DM group is my favorite part of the Write3 ecosystem, then the Twitter spaces is a close second. Each Tuesday, 3pm central, I host the Write3 show. I interview creators, discuss writing and try to bring value to the community. I’ve enjoyed the spaces and want make them a centerpiece of the Write3 movement.
By year end, I’ll begin posting each week’s spaces as it’s own stand-alone podcast. In addition, I have several months of shows downloaded and ready to share to a larger audience.
Here’s 3 reasons I’m excited for the Write3 Podcast
Expands the reach of Write3 outside of Twitter.
Creates a central place for all Write3 audio/discussions.
My oldest son will be the podcast producer.
I have 3 boys. It’s important to me that they learn the valuable skills of content creation. What better way than helping their Ol’ Man start and build an online community of Write3 super stars?
I’m bullish on the future of web3 writing. The first step is creating the community and identifying problems that need solved. The next step will be to tokenize the process and/or community. But, the timing needs to be right.
If you’re interested in web3 and writing, join us. Let’s write & build web3 together!
