As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, we have no evidence of life, intelligent or otherwise, on other planets. Speculating about alien religions is therefore purely hypothetical. That said, if there are intelligent aliens with beliefs akin to our concept of religion, such systems would likely be shaped by factors like their species' evolution, environment, societal structures, scientific understanding, and existential questions. Like human religions, they could concern themselves with explaining the universe, providing moral guidelines, or seeking meaning and purpose. They might also be completely different, revolving around concepts entirely alien to us. It's also possible that advanced alien civilizations may not use religion at all, especially if they've developed a comprehensive scientific understanding of their universe. Ultimately, without concrete data, it's impossible to say for sure what kind of religion might exist on other planets.
