We propose a partnership where The Haberdashery invests 69,420 USDC in exchange for 50% of the secondary royalties from the Lucky Ghouls mint as well as whitelisting Haberdasher holders for free mints in a 48 hour pre-sale. Based Ghouls is a 2022 NFT PFP project that traces its roots to 2020 DeFi summer, and has a lot of lore and culture built around that era. Going forward they’ve developed the Ghouls as its own subculture within crypto, which several Haberdasher DAO members frequent. Lucky Ghouls is the first official sequel project from the Based Ghouls team on Base L2 - designed as something of a crossover themed project featuring the Degen Haberdashers. The devoutly ghoulish sgt_slaughtermelon (The DH artist) partnered with core Ghoul team members to create the new set of Lucky Ghouls (wif hats!) with a fun front-end experience being developed by pfeffunit (co-creator of Workstation95.xyz, iamnotgoodatcomputer.com). The NFTs will be .02 to mint for the public, .01 for partner communities, and free for Haberdashers. Total supply is 2,777 and royalties are set at 6.9% (where enforceable). There is also a unique mint mechanic where minting triggers a slot machine pull to possibly win some $DEGEN (from a prize pool of 100k $DEGEN) which has been donated by Jacek, who is himself hyped for the collection.
