If you put the negative pole of one magnet close to the positive pole of another magnet, they will come together. If you turn one of them over, they repel each other. We act like magnets. We draw some people or things to ourselves and exclude others, pushing them away from us. When we feel good about ourselves, we reveal our attraction poles. When we feel bad, we expose our repulsion poles. We are constantly switching our poles, day and night, hour and minute. Measurements show that the ratio of energy emitted from the two poles is usually two to one, meaning that one pole accounts for about two-thirds of the energy and the other one-third of the energy. It is only when one pole is particularly powerful that we experience duality and the ability to make judgments. In the balance between health and disease, a person is sick only when disease is dominant, that is, two thirds of the energy is sick and one third of the energy is healthy. Since the feeling of discomfort is more intense at the time, the feeling of health is naturally less obvious, and a person thus feels sick. We may spend as much as two thirds of our lives in darkness (cognitive ignorance) and as much as one third in light (cognitive insight). And in between the dark and the light is the vibratory friction that exists to allow us to experience and understand the play of duality consciousness. In the "happy period," we exhibit more light, love, and peaceful traits in order to better understand the bright side of duality. But in either case, life is unbalanced. Just like playing the same piece with two instruments, but not in the same key, they don't resonate in the same frequency. In our physiology, the two strands of the DNA double helix never operate in harmony with each other. One strand in DNA represents "negative" or "dark" and the other represents "positive" or "the light forces of nature." The DNA in our cells will never be balanced as long as we experience duality (that is, unbalanced proportions). This imbalance is prone to viruses, disease and aging. And when we enter the peaceful state of no judgment and no preference (the present moment), the two strands of DNA begin to resonate in harmony. This will effectively slow the aging process, heal all physical ailments and emotional wounds, and give the body the immunity to fight any disease. However, we are not qualified to enter this stage of life's journey until we have fully explored and experienced all the opposites of duality consciousness. It is necessary to go through all the stages of health and sickness, of love and hate, of wealth and poverty, and finally to realize that they are only our "ego" consciousness recognizing the opposing qualities of the self. If the ego thinks it is sick, it will reject everything that makes it healthy or can heal it. But if the ego changes this perception and returns to the view that it is healthy, then the body will spontaneously activate its healing power and restore itself to its original health. Opposites such as health and disease have no independent foundation of their own, and as soon as we cease to identify with either, the other loses its basis for existence. Health, like illness, is the imagination of the ego, and the two exist as one another. The degree of pain, there is a degree of health. However, ultimate health (if the term "ultimate health" is enough to describe it) goes beyond both. This state of health can invoke all elements, making life immortal. Every time we fight for our interests, or seek to avoid harm, we are further removed from our higher consciousness. But having a preference for things, which seems to disrupt homeostasis, also helps us explore and eliminate the illusion of separate consciousness. The bipolar experience of pain and pleasure, like alternating waves or alternating cycles, is always occurring. However, when we stand in the "center" of the self, none of these alternations exist. To put it another way, we no longer fear the experience of either pole, whether the waves are high or low. Neither poverty nor wealth increases nor detracts from the joy of life. No matter which end of the spectrum we experience, our "true self" always shines through. The negative end of a magnet is as important as the positive end. No one is better or more important. Every situation in life is perfect in this moment. In the next moment, the tide may change, the scene may be new, but it's all just in time. It has been found that the positive and negative forces of the magnetic poles converge only at the very center of a magnet. That's where the real power of the magnet lies. Although the center of a magnet has both positive and negative poles, they are not represented, or not represented. This central point knows that it has both repulsive and gravitational forces, but is unmoved or unconcerned. It is well aware of its power, but it neither disguises nor is constrained by either side (repulsion or gravity). When we are located in the "center" of ourselves, we can clearly see the importance of all our qualities: personal qualities, relationships, behavior, etc. In this "center," we have no judgment and no need to add any meaning to ourselves.

When we understand the opposites of duality, we don't have preferences. When we are anchored in the center of the two poles, we have no fear, thus removing the source of judgment. In duality consciousness, the two opposing sides are essential to each other's development and maintenance. Sadness and happiness always go hand in hand, never in isolation. The end of happiness is the beginning of sadness, and vice versa. Opposites are always opposites. There is no need to try to avoid or favor either side. The root of all our problems is that we play the game of opposites, making one side seem better and more powerful than the other. Therefore, it is useless to solve the problem with the same thinking that created the problem. If a plant's leaves are dying from lack of water, then pouring water over the leaves will not work. A good gardener, undazzled by the symptoms of the problem (such as withered leaves), can save a plant only by pouring water over its roots. Likewise, a good doctor doesn't focus on the symptoms of the disease, but on the root cause of the disease. After experiencing problems in all areas of life, we come to realize that they all have one thing in common: they all come from ourselves. Separation makes unity more visible. We create separations so that we can understand that by connecting with our higher consciousness, we can not only solve any existing problem with ease and grace, but also create anything new. Our higher consciousness is the eternal source of duality. When we are connected to a higher consciousness, the bright side of life becomes as important as the dark side. We also accept all aspects of human nature, including the dark side, without judgment. At this point, all self-denial or self-assertion has fulfilled its mission, which is to make us see the world with oneness. And when we see the world from that perspective, we can create that world.
