But Yohbe - - youre the G, sometimes your theories hypnotize me
I just love your flashy plays, guess why they broke, and you so paid. If you store your passwords in your browser, please pay attention. There is a set of tools available freely to any degen with almost 3 brain cells to rub together that can retrieve the passwords from your browser “Secure Store”, so that hackers can try and steal your identity using primary or secondary passwords you’ve used for everything else. You can always count on laziness. When your browser’s secure store passwords are...
Phishing rears to get some cheers
Before this tool was commercialized, it was used a in a couple of white hat pen tests I was part of, at one Government agency in at least one State. This tool “sniffs” your “level” or authorization level of access within an Active Directory environment to find someone else related to you by another AD factor that has greater permission than you do, so they know who to target next for phishing. I am a white hat pen tester known as “Legit1”. I am, in fact, not legit. I want to make my life supe...
Why "public" cloud is a utility
If you’re following along, you might think that I couldn’t possibly have more to give. [$BillyMays] The reason virtually all architectures cost the same money and we all eat that shit up is because all the best practices for Public Cloud configuration are available online, 24/7, and become a “source of truth” for technologists when seeking to solve drunken debates regarding Load Balancers. Fuck off… they’re interesting. All of us that know how shit works, flock to the same places/sources for ...

Have you ever wondered what people mean when they say they want to be off the grid? You do this just by not touching your phone, right? If I just put it down, I won’t be tempted to scroll forever. Then my brain is off the grid, that’s good ‘nuff.
Have you ever wondered how Airplane mode works? Why that’s any different than just like… not using your phone?
Here’s why. Your phone is a pocket computer. As part of the hardware package, you have a fancy teeny tiny radio connected to your pocket computee(mispelling on purpose, it’s just a fun word). This radio connects your pocket computer to the cell phone network, which is a lot like the internet, but semi-private, and runs over the air, shit is wild.
When your pocket computer is on, and your radio is not connected to a network only it knows how to connect to(cert, IMEI, frequency, username/password), it is in fact, in a constant mode of beaconing. Beaconing is your phone’s radio sending out a message, “HELLO, I CAN TALK ON XXX FREQUENCY. CAN YOU ALSO TALK ON XXX FREQUENCY? ARE WE RELATED? MAY I PLEASE ENTER A CONSTANT COSMIC STATE OF CONNECTEDNESS WITH ALL OTHER HUMAN BEINGS WITH YOU?”
Only it does that, an asston. A metric fuckload. A capacious bucket with a hole at the bottom. Then, you’re on one airplane with 150 other dorks who ignored what the Captain said and kept their phone turned on the whole time, because they thought they would miss something important, like game scores, or CT fuckin dumb tweets. The airplane electronics radios have to weed through a metric assload x 150 dorks to = important messages that only they should really have and make actions as a result of. Like so they don’t fly a goddamn plane into another plane. How many planes?…That never happens x.X yes, it fucking does.
This is dumb, do not do dumb shit on purpose. Turn on airplane mode.
If you value the term, off the grid, at all, you have to know how this works. You are not on the internet/cell network with a PC, a phone, a tablet, a smartphone, a microwave, a smart tv, a smart microwave, endless amounts of other shit that store your data without your consent even trying to get online by beaconing. Literally no one is safe.
