When we announced our token launch plans for Q1 2025, we did so with great enthusiasm, conviction in the market conditions, and a strong belief in our vision. As part of that, we conducted an initial test sale — but unfortunately, the results were not exactly what we had hoped for. Since then, even after a series of setbacks, we have not only managed to recover but have also made significant progress. However, since the last update, market sentiment has remained largely unchanged and still isn’t showing strength, with only early signs of improvement. Therefore, after much deliberation, I must share that we’ve made the difficult but prudent decision to delay the public token sale until conditions become more favourable. We are now targeting Q3 2025 for the TGE, public sale, and listings.

I must say that this decision was not taken lightly. Over the past several weeks, we’ve had extensive conversations with 20+ VCs, 10+ Launchpads, and several trusted seniors and advisors. Across all scenarios, the feedback was consistent: launching a token sale in a bearish or uncertain market could not only undercut our long-term value but also jeopardise the confidence and interests of our early supporters, especially you, our community. We are building for the long run, and protecting the integrity of our vision is more important than adhering to arbitrary timelines.

We understand that many of you were anticipating the launch with enthusiasm. For this reason, we want to be fully transparent and ask for your understanding and support as we align our token launch with more conducive market dynamics. In the meantime, we remain deeply committed to delivering value and growing our ecosystem. We’re exploring creative community incentive programs and early utility features that can be rolled out independently of the token event.
