Angelbaby saw 5589 mints on their AI Grimes track in partnership with WesGhost - including Camel showing up for a whopping 2.4k editions purchased.
We’re excited for the newest curator group - DANC3 - to bring dance music to the forefront with their genesis mixtape this week.
All this goes to say that Music NFTs are looking to find their groove again.
After a wave of excitement around open edition and then Sound Swap - artists are starting to think about how to introduce scarcity (and secondary markets) back into the equation.
It’s clear that collectors are hungry for new ways to buy (and hopefully sell) their songs, and we’re optimistic that a blend between open and fixed editions can lead to more wins for everyone involved.

DANC3 is a “a community of music lovers born through Sound,” according to their drop page. Headed by Crittie, the mixtape features tracks from ASTRO, LNRZ, Snoop Dogg and others.
