As she explains in the Sound bio, “I remember when this song was first being made, the initial idea just came from the beat Paul was making. It had so much grit and edge to it, super bass driven, it was sick. I don't remember exactly how I got to saying this but I said that I wanted the beat to keep going down a kinda moody, kinda dirty, kinda sweaty path. And there it was!”
