At the time of this writing, I find myself in Goa attending a weeklong Kalari workshop. A typical day commences with stretches, Kalari exercises for 2 hours, brunch, working for a few hours, an afternoon nap, 2 hours of evening Kalari, dinner, and then relaxed socialising.
