The theme is clear, the content orientation is correct, positive, healthy and upward, and meets the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations.
The types of entries are mainly short video works, and can also be animation, vlog, short documentary, online drama and other forms, with no language limit.
It must be the works since January 1, 2020 (it can be newly created or originally released on various new media platforms, and the platform is not limited).
The entries shall be clean, without corner marks, watermarks and other marks, and without obvious noise.
5、 Disclaimer
The contestants or participating units guarantee that they have complete and independent intellectual property rights, adjacent rights, information network communication rights and sublicense for the entries, and allow the organizers to use these works free of charge in the relevant topics, news and promotion of this event.
The contestant or the participating unit guarantees that the intellectual property rights and contents of the entries will not violate any laws and regulations, and will not infringe the intellectual property rights and other legal rights of any third party.
