It’s Wednesday, late afternoon. I haven’t consumed a calorie nor checked my mobile device since Sunday night. I am nearing the end of a 3 day fasting period. I’m doing two fasts at once – no food, and no phone. I’ve done these fasts separately before, but never at the same time. I’ve also never fasted from food for quite this long before. WHAT DAY OF YOUR LIFE IS TODAY?
I write that number down next to the day’s date whenever I write in my morning journal.
It’s an easy way to keep life in perspective.
Over the years, whenever I go a while between journal entries, I need to look that number up again.
I feel like it’s always a different site, and I’ve never found one I particularly liked, so yesterday I decided to make one myself.
