A witness said that the child, aged three or four, fell from the upper floor of unit 1 of Building 1 in the community. The neighborhood nurse immediately rescued him after learning about it. After 120 arrived, the medical staff gave the child cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the grass downstairs. Now, the child has been taken away by ambulance.

Community property personnel told reporters that at noon, the child’s grandfather went out to buy vegetables and locked the child at home. The child should move a stool to check whether his grandfather came back from the window. Unfortunately, he fell. In order to protect the privacy of the parties, the property personnel only disclosed that the falling height was more than 30 floors.
