I'm very excited🥳to write about the 2nd session of #BRBBootcamp! Recently, I became part of an amazing web3 bootcamp, known as BRB Bootcamp. Want to know more about this boot camp? Check out this⤵️

The second session is about Solidity & Wallet fundamentals. Under the amazing moderation of moderator, Pranshu Rastogi (Head of Ecosystem & Integration, Push Protocol) & Sumith Prabhu (Developer – Ecosystem & Growth, Push Protocol) the session was taken by Aman Gupta.
The session covered most of the crucial basic concepts of wallets, types of wallets to Solidity & cryptography behind blockchain. I have prepared some separate entries explaining some important concepts such as:
Web3 Wallets:

Smart Contracts:

The session also cover basic security in smart contracts. Let’s deep dive into another important topic of discussion i.e. Blockchain Oracles ⤵️:
A blockchain oracle is an entity that connects blockchains to external systems, enabling smart contracts to interact with real-world data and events. Oracles play a crucial role in the blockchain ecosystem, facilitating the execution of smart contracts based on external inputs and outputs.
An oracle network consists of multiple oracles working together to provide data to smart contracts in a decentralized manner. These networks ensure that the data supplied is accurate, reliable, and tamper-proof, enhancing the trustworthiness of smart contracts.
Decentralized oracles mitigate the risks associated with centralization by using multiple independent sources to deliver data. This approach eliminates single points of failure and reduces the chances of data manipulation, ensuring more secure and reliable smart contract executions.
📌Types of Blockchain Oracles
Input Oracles: Fetch real-world data and deliver it onto the blockchain.
Output Oracles: Enable smart contracts to send commands to external systems.
Cross-Chain Oracles: Facilitate the transfer of data and assets between different blockchains.
Compute-Enabled Oracles: Perform off-chain computations and provide results to the blockchain.
☑️ Decentralized Finance (DeFi): Oracles provide financial data for lending platforms, synthetic assets, and automated market makers.
☑️ Dynamic NFTs and Gaming: Oracles supply random values and real-world data to enhance gaming experiences and dynamic NFTs.
☑️ Insurance: Oracles verify claims by accessing external data sources like sensors and web APIs.
☑️ Enterprise Solutions: Oracles connect enterprise systems to blockchain networks, enabling complex logic and data transfers.
☑️ Sustainability: Oracles help verify environmental data, supporting green initiatives and carbon credit systems.
Blockchain oracles are essential for integrating real-world data with blockchain networks, enabling advanced applications across various industries. By leveraging decentralized oracle networks, the reliability and security of smart contracts are significantly enhanced, paving the way for innovative and transformative use cases in the blockchain ecosystem.
