Thinker Talker | Dreamer Doer. Web3 writer paving a way through storytelling.
I picked up the saxophone in 2019.
I quickly learned that first, the tenor is heavy - and second, getting the sound out isn’t easy.
I stuck to the lessons, got a little better, but then - lockdowns happened.
I then spent 3 weeks doing everything else but touching the saxophone.
Then some day, I picked it up and tried again - to get the right sound.
And I picked it up almost every day afterwards.
I think I got better; I haven’t dropped it and it’s now 2022.
Even now, I still fail to pick up the saxophone everyday to practice.
And I know this is the first initial hurdle preventing me from getting better - playing everyday.
…
These days in web3 have been filled with lots of price focus; bear moves, crash news, UST dives, Bitcoin dips, Ethereum reds, altcoin volatility…etc.
O - and most recently some Azuki talk I’m still getting my head around.
Amidst the tweets and discord discussions, I try to keep focusing on the things that don’t change.
I still need to write. Everyday.
I’ve got a poetry NFT series to continue minting.
I’ve got people to meet, connections to make, communities to build, and stories to share.
Markets will do what markets will do. Likewise, I need to keep doing what I need to do.
Price dips - pen writes. Price dives - fingers type. Price plummets - I keep w3bscribing.
Market crashes. I write.
…
I really need to pick up my saxophone more often.
