An alien arrives at the airfield close to home. He calls me up to arrange 7 pm dinner at a fine-dining restaurant, in celebration of his graduation from some Alien University. We talk for hours, catching up after five years in different solar systems. While sipping on my last sip of wine, my alien friend turns to me and asks: “When are you going to join me on Shimear, my home planet?” I pause for a moment, considering the question. “I think about the answer quite often, my friend – but Shimear is a two-week journey, and I need to look after my ma.” “Bring her with!” He exclaims.
Indeed, an extraordinary concept to think this might become a real scenario…in a few hundred years from now, but only fellow humans embrace this luxury of drinks and food with friends and family. Devour a delicious three-course meal paired with a silky Merlot while discussing random topics for 3+ hours. Every table in every city is alive with dialogue, learning, sharing, laughing, and bonding. Every culture relishes this practice. This premeditated agreement to feast together at a set time and place. The Last Supper is the most famous of these. People are brought together to share and consume a prepared meal, seated at a table, with various customs and prayers. The very nature of this simple act performed daily is the epitome of human ‘culture.’ It took us away from the savage, off-the-bone method of eating meat. The divine intent is to share food equally while embracing each other's company. This precious ideology has all but lost its true meaning — in exchange for fast meals, drive-through restaurants, and high-fat diets while watching the latest show on television. The simple idea of sitting around the table to consciously prepare, share, and feast together is what makes us civil in nature.
When we have eaten enough, the stomach and intestines convert all that food into useful nutrients for the brain, muscles, blood, organs, and cells to perform their duties.
It has been proven that people who gather for a meal experience a higher degree of happiness and health. Most members around the table have the opportunity to express and communicate fairly. They are content, and their body is fuelled. On the other side of the world, families who don't often cook food but rather order takeaways and don’t sit around a table but instead on the couch, mindlessly consuming whatever is on their plate, and the black box in front of them. Essentially, not burning a third of the calories eaten. Such a lifestyle incorporates overweightness and daily fatigue as the body’s nutrient profile is always low. They feel hungry after a fast-food meal and often snack on crisps, crackers, or sweets too. The foundation of our biology requires a mix of vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and protein. Everything else is bollocks. Those endless shelves of sugar, carbs, processed & canned foods are unnecessary to the human being’s ability to survive. The digestive tract is well suited to life without. These foods were never meant to be eaten in such high quantities, yet it is so well interwoven into every culture with the stained lid of victimhood mentality.
The bottom line is everything consumed should be done with awareness. We need to be aware of every item that we allow to fit between our lips into our mouths to chew and swallow, to convert into fuel that in turn, operates the body and mind. It is pretty much demonstrated that anybody watching the latest season of 'Popular show of the week' while eating is unaware of what they are putting in their mouth. It becomes mechanical consumption. Eyes and ears are focused on the television and not the food and people. The only way to regain power from excess eating habits and meal portions is to sit down at a table. It should be the primary starting point when eating a meal. Alone and otherwise.
Question: Am I eating this item to feed my biological self or to feed an emotional wound that makes me feel better right now? Awareness of everything we consume is the first step to living a fruitful life and respecting the only vessel we get to live in – our own body, here on Earth now, even with the endless products available on every grocery store shelf. An easier way to avoid temptation whilst shopping is to dodge the supermarkets altogether:
Venture to nearby farmers' markets
Consider health stores
Shop online where it is easier to control the shopping cart
Never go to the store when hungry - Eat before and stick to a shopping list

The world’s people have been subjected to corporate rivalry for far too long, where the majority lose the most, when in fact there are just too many mouths for too few jobs. The world is at a tipping point. If we ignore that, the same interests will continue to control the supply and demand of our global economy. Change is inevitable as the consciousness grows.
In truth, there will not be an ending to the world, but does the world become free of wars, illness, and despair? Will it be rather filled with beauty, prosperity, and peace between all? Will the old ideas born out of capitalism fester for generations or get washed away by harmonious existentialism? Perhaps some have created such a strong cage in their minds’ that even rattling it will not change the programmed reference point.
Society as a whole falls deeply into the pockets of those who dominate and govern the world. People are now the product being sold. Most millennials have never known life without a television, personal computer, or smartphone. It is the source of information, reference, engagement, and development. However, these aptly named media monsters steer people away from reality. Media distracts us. We sit on nice couches and allow junk to be absorbed through our ears and eyes. This affects the way we think, filter, and respond. We are moulded by data. It does not happen in a day. But each day, the same rhythm, the same entertainment, the same overload of someone else's opinions will affect the brain. ADHD is one of the leading side effects of extensive screen time. We live in an era where we have more than we need. But there will always be more for a human mind to invent, create, or build. We are evolutionary by-products. We are constantly evolving. An idea is all that is needed. A thought can become an avalanche of possibility. So many have turned an idea through to fruition. The invention of pens resulted from people's need to record history. It started as a nib dipped into an inkwell, and over time the ball-point spawned, then the typewriter, and to date, keyboards. Now, there are hundreds of thousands of books.
Love, a feeling that arises from nothingness. A sense of pure light and connection floods the emotions, tickles the stomach, and gives that tingly sensation in the fingers. A little love fairy is created — an Egregore of two hearts beating in unison. How we treat this love force determines the romance's longevity. When two minds meet with similar interests, the result is a strong bond, sparking a connection through each person. Some take a telepathic form of communication. It happens between mother and child, siblings, twin-flames, or soulmates, connected through an invisible energy field.
Over time, the vibration that we operate in changes, and as it does so, aspects of our lives shift in priority. Change is constant, and we continually move through manifestation patterns. It is tangible and eternal, whether it happens in a positive or negative light. Each and every one of us is connected and surrounded by an energetic field. Our spark of a beating heart and a free mind keep us connected to this radiating network of life energy. There is an even greater power in having the potential to vividly connect to this energy field - send and receive signals. It is possible to read people's auric bodies and send healing energy from thousands of kilometres away. The fourth dimension or 4D plane does not operate at our speed, time, or perception – instead, it is a web of connected consciousness.
As humans, we are future-oriented beings. The whole basis of our lives revolves around a future-dated thing. A human being can hold numbers and letters together to form cohesion and communication. For example, writing down a number or giving it to someone to write down - that very ability to repeat (insert phone number) is the basis of our consciousness. We can hold, recall, and express information at any given time.
As it stands, we are going through a virus outbreak, the aptly named Covid-19. First off, the world has experienced the Spanish flu, the bird flu, influenza, and in 2019, we jumped straight into Dreadville with the phrase COVID-19. Of all the words to identify a new virus, we arrived at Covid-19. Every news channel had one heck of a party with all the content and reporting they have at their disposal, and people who have access to the internet, or television, swallow up every bit of this information to see where the world is ‘going’ in the coming days and months.
The news media take a historical event and turn it into a story, which affects a mass audience for the future. Today, something that happened ten minutes ago is technically a historical event. This aspect that is driving society is dire to human existence. We can learn from the past, but the past should not be used as a tool to inject fear, anger, or biased thinking. We are so easily tainted, disturbed, and vulnerable as a species. Men love watching violence because it makes them feel good. Women love romance because it makes them feel good too. Horror films are exhilarating because they make us feel something. Our senses take in information all the time. It is sorted, filtered, and stored in the subconscious. If we put our wholehearted belief into every word on the 8 pm news, then we succumb to why those channels exist. It programs the mind to fear the future. We fear what might happen later, and we fear the world ending; we fear other people. We enjoy watching other people do stupid things; we enjoy watching specific genres, depending on how we want to feel. Propaganda is the best example – the millions it has encapsulated to create hysteria and anarchy. All it takes is a tyrant, pandemic, or disaster for every news station to have enough fuel to remain in the everlasting loop of mass hopelessness. A television program of any form ‘programs’ the viewer through emotional entertainment and ideology imprinting. Why else is it called a TV Program?
Here is a metaphor when overdoing the big black box: The Big Brother Brainwasher. BBB. The picture that never stops; it is the long-term programming that becomes a subconscious imprint—a way of thinking. The mind does not distinguish propaganda, violence, horror themes, or tragedy-based news as right or wrong. Once it is seen, it cannot be unseen; it must become a form of reality. Movies are make-believe works of art, but still, the mind does not decide what is true or false. Our brain accepts and stores the information to retrieve later from the subconscious.
For years, there we are, naively subjecting ourselves to a perceived reality rather than the truer form of universal actuality - we exist for each other.
