At present, 4902 units have been completed, and more than half of the target tasks are about to be achieved.

Our city has anchored the goal, coordinated the construction of various types of affordable housing such as affordable rental housing, public rental housing and jointly owned property housing, made efforts to expand the coverage of housing security, and promoted the solution of prominent housing problems in big cities. Since 2017, a total of 41 municipal projects have been started and continued in our city.
So far, 4902 affordable housing units have been completed in our city this year. According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Construction Bureau, the completed houses are the phase II project of Tong’an Xiangping Metro community. The project is located in the east of Tongji North Road, adjacent to BRT No. 3 hospital station in the West and Yangzhai station of Metro Line 6 in the East. It is composed of 16 high-rise buildings, providing two house types of 60 square meters and three house types of 70 square meters, both of which are fine decorated. With the advancement of the distribution procedure, households will officially move in from the beginning of this year. The project is equipped with sports and fitness area, reading area, reception hall, 12 class kindergarten, day care center for the elderly, fresh supermarket, community service center, community canteen and other public facilities.
According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Construction Bureau, in addition to the second phase of Xiangping Metro community, the completed projects this year include Wujia apartment, phase III and bid section III of Yangtang residential area, with 4520 sets and 2374 sets respectively. At present, the decoration works of Wujia apartment are under construction, and the landscape and indoor fine decoration works are under construction in the third bid section of phase III of Yangtang residential area, which have entered the final stage of the project.
In addition, other municipal projects under construction in our city are also in full swing - Haicang maluanwan Metro community phase II, Longqiu apartment, plot a of Tong’an Chengbei community, Tong’an Xiangping Metro community phase III and hengbian residential area have entered the construction stage of the main project. After completion, 3030, 2700, 1690, 3188 and 4888 indemnificatory houses will be provided respectively. In addition, the foundation pit support works are under construction in Xinyang phase III project, the pile foundation and basement works are under construction in Longquan apartment phase I, and the basement structure works are under construction in Hongmao residential area phase I and Dongyuan apartment phase I.
