Web3 isn't "bridging the gap". Web3 is deep down the gap. Crossing the chasm will lead to mainstream adoption. I'd like to thank Nabeel Khan for the wonderful recommendation of a book called Crossing the Chasm by Geoffrey Moore. Moore shows how a company crosses the chasm between early adopters and the early majority. Reading the book made me think more of web3 as a whole than my personal company.
