In this regard, it is suggested to focus on the integration and innovation of network, cloud, digital, intelligence, security, edge, end and chain, and clarify the design and architecture of computing network in combination with computing resources, storage resources, network resources and algorithms. It is suggested that telecom operators actively participate in the top-level design of the national computing power industrial chain and better undertake the overall planning and deployment requirements of the national blockchain and computing power layout in the East, West, North and south.
In addition, we will promote the integration and development of computing power in physical space, logical space and heterogeneous space, and make computing power a social service that can be “accessed at one point, taken and used” like water and electricity. Promote the network wide computing service resource pool and network interconnection, realize the flexible scheduling of computing resources across regions and levels, and balance the development of the East and the West.
In fact, facing the increasing computing power and network demand, breaking through the performance limit of single point computing power and improving the overall scale of computing power through the advantages of network cluster has always been the focus of the industry. In order to promote the development of digital economy, China has successively issued a number of policies to speed up the construction of a new infrastructure system with computing power and network as the core.
In this regard, fan Bingheng also proposed to build a computing power network hub and its data center cluster in the middle of the Yangtze River economic belt. He pointed out that with the full launch of the “counting from the east to the west” project, the national hub nodes of the country’s eight computing power networks and the cluster of 10 major data centers will enter the specific construction period. The overall layout of the computing power network in the Yangtze River Economic Belt will form a comprehensive support for the coordinated development of the Yangtze River economic belt.
