   • Instagram: Use your Instagram account to log in. Simply select the Instagram login option and authorize access.

   • Rodeo allows you to link multiple login methods (email, crypto wallet, and Instagram) to the same account. This gives you the flexibility to log in with the method that’s most convenient for you at any time.

   • To link additional methods, go to your profile’s settings and connect your email, wallet, or Instagram account.

The Rodeo Wallet is a secure smart account designed to facilitate seamless transactions and interactions within the Rodeo platform. Unlike traditional crypto wallets like MetaMask or Coinbase Wallet, the Rodeo Wallet operates as a separate, platform-specific wallet that allows users to deposit, store, and manage ETH directly on Rodeo.

While traditional wallets require users to approve every transaction, the Rodeo Wallet simplifies this process. It enables one-tap deposits, collections, and withdrawals, all while maintaining full security and user control. Users retain complete ownership of their funds, and only they can authorize transactions in and out of their Rodeo Wallet.

Setting up and funding your Rodeo Wallet involves a few simple steps. Here’s a step-by-step guide to get you started:

1. Set Up the Base Network

   • Install a Crypto Wallet: Ensure you have a compatible wallet like MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or Rainbow installed.

   • Add the Base Network: Go to the Base setup page and follow the instructions to add the Base network to your crypto wallet.

2. Bridge ETH to Base

   • Use SuperBridge: Open SuperBridge and connect your crypto wallet.

   • Bridge ETH to Base: Select the amount of ETH you want to bridge to the Base network.

   • Confirm the Transaction: Approve the transaction and wait for the bridging process to complete.

   • Ensure Availability: Once complete, you’ll see your ETH on the Base network in your external crypto wallet.

• Mint Countdown: A 24-hour timer indicating how much time is left to mint the post.

  

• Number of Mints: Shows how many collectors have minted the post.

   • You can edit a post within the first hour of its creation.

   • To edit a post, click on the “...” menu on the post (accessible from the feed or the post’s dedicated page).

     

   • Asset: Change the media file (image/video) used for the post.

   • Title: Update the title of the post.

   • Description/Caption

Collecting posts on Rodeo is a straightforward process, whether you’re browsing through the feed or viewing a specific post page. Here’s how you can collect a post:

1. Find a Post to Collect

   • Browse the Rodeo feed to discover new posts.

   • Alternatively, visit a creator’s profile to view their collection of posts.

2. Collect the Post

   • Click the “Collect” button located on the post.

     

After collecting posts, you can manage and view your collection directly from your profile. Here’s how:

1. View Collected Posts

   • Go to your Rodeo profile page.

   • Click on the "Collected" tab to see all the posts you’ve collected.

   • View your collection as a personal gallery showcasing your taste and support for creators.

     

If you attempt to collect a post but don’t have enough ETH or credits, you’ll receive an Insufficient Funds message. Here’s what you can do:

   • Purchase credits directly from the Rodeo Wallet.

2. Deposit ETH

Creators on Rodeo have the opportunity to earn ETH each time their posts are minted. Here’s how it works:

1. Minting Fee Breakdown

   • Every time a user mints a post, a total minting fee of 0.0001 ETH is charged.

   • 50% (0.00005 ETH) of this fee goes directly to the creator as their earnings.

   • The remaining 50% is split between curators and Rodeo itself, as described in the following sections.

   

2. Tracking Creator Earnings

Curators play a vital role in promoting content on Rodeo, and they are rewarded for influencing others to mint posts. Here’s how curators earn from the platform:

1. Referral Rewards

   • Curators earn referral rewards when they successfully influence others to mint a post.

   • When a collector mints a post as a result of a curator’s activity (like sharing a post or appearing in a follower’s feed), the curator earns a percentage of the minting fee.

   

2. Minting Fee Breakdown for Curators

   • 25% (0.000025 ETH) of the total minting fee is allocated to the curator who influenced the mint.

   • This reward is paid out automatically to the curator’s Rodeo Wallet.

3. How to Share Posts for Referral Rewards

   • Share Via Direct Messages: Open the post you’d like to share and click the "Share" button to send it to other users via direct message.

Both creators and curators can track their earnings on Rodeo using their Rodeo Wallet and blockchain explorer tools like Basescan. Here’s how to do it:

1. View Earnings in the Rodeo Wallet

   • Log In: Access your Rodeo account and click on the wallet icon.

   • Access Transactions: Check the list of incoming deposits, which will display minting rewards and referral earnings.

2. View Earnings on Basescan

   • Go to Your Rodeo Profile: Click on your username, ENS, or linked wallet address from your profile.

   • Access Rodeo Wallet: Click on the linked Rodeo Wallet address to open it on Basescan.

• No, once a post has been minted, it cannot be deleted from the blockchain. While the post may be removed from visibility on Rodeo’s platform, any tokens that were minted will continue to exist in collectors' wallets and may still be viewable on other blockchain platforms.

• If you believe your post was unfairly moderated, you can appeal the decision by contacting Rodeo’s support team.

• Provide a detailed explanation of why you believe the post should not have been moderated.

• Attach any relevant evidence (like proof of original creation) to support your case.

• The support team will review your appeal and notify you of their decision.

• If you’ve linked multiple login methods (email, wallet, or Instagram), you can use any of these methods to access your account.
