And after a short period of exercise, reading and work efficiency will be greatly increased. Therefore, you can do some simple exercise movements in the morning after getting up, in about 30-45 minutes; go to the gym in the afternoon near evening to do anaerobic muscle building or aerobic running, in about 1 hour.
