Claim ULAB during the claim period on the same chain used for contribution
Public sale participants will receive their ULAB fully unlocked at TGE. There is no vesting, cliff, or post-sale lockup, and tokens will be claimed on the same chain where the contribution was made. We chose this structure to keep the sale simple and transparent, while ensuring participants have full flexibility from day one—whether they want to hold, LP, or lock into xULAB once the ecosystem goes live.
In terms of valuation, the public sale is priced at a $20M FDV, with a $25M FDV planned for launch. In other words, the sale is a clear entry point at a discount to the intended launch valuation, without adding complexity through delayed unlocks or conditional vesting. We want early participation to be driven by conviction and utility, not by forced holding mechanics.
A key part of the launch is that ULAB is designed to work across chains from day one. At TGE, LayerBank will support a LayerZero-powered bridge between Base and Movement, enabling ULAB to move between EVM (Base) and Move (Movement) environments. This keeps friction low for existing EVM users who want to onboard into Movement, and it helps liquidity and utility stay connected across ecosystems instead of being split into isolated silos.
After launch, ULAB is intended to be actively used within LayerBank rather than sitting idle. It will power core flows like creating and locking ULAB LP positions, minting xULAB through the veTokenomics model, and unlocking emission boosts for lending participation. Governance features will also roll out post-TGE—starting with mechanisms that allow LP lockers to participate in emission-related decisions—so that long-term participants can directly influence how incentives are distributed as LayerBank expands.
